You shall abide by and maintain all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services. We can’t be held responsible for the content you create or content you access elsewhere while using Shri Swami Rama Trust website.

You shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and may not use the Services that would violate the lawful privacy rights of any person and violation of the copyrights, trademarks, patents or trade secrets of third parties is not permitted. Acceptable Payment Methods
Shri Swami Rama Trust accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal payments. Subscribers who choose to pay with PayPal will be strictly limited to a single Shri Swami Rama Trust Account per PayPal account. They are responsible for any duties, customs fees, taxes, etc. relating to purchase of the Services or donations to the ashram.
In no event we, nor our trustees, employees, partners, suppliers or content providers be liable under contract, tort, strict liabilities, negligence or any other negligence etc. with respect to the services
Subscriber shall keep all confidential information, to which it is given access, and shall not publish to third parties or distribute information or documentation.
We shall have no liability for any data that may be lost, or unrecoverable, by reason of subscribers failure to backup.
Subject to our Privacy Policy, each Subscriber agrees that we may include Subscriber’s name and trademarks in a list of Shri Swami Rama Trust Subscriber, online or in promotional materials.
If you violate these Terms of Service, then we have the right to put a hold on your account. You, however, are free to terminate your account without reason at any time.
All disputes notices shall be sent to Shri Swami Rama Trust at Ramkunj Saptasarovar, Motichur Haridwar, Uttrakhand India Pin 249410. Both you and we agree that dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied prior to initiating any arbitration or filing any claim against the other party.
All disputes between you and Shri Swami Rama Trust shall be resolved by binding arbitration. If we can’t work it out, let’s avoid spending a lot of money in court and agree to pay an arbitrator for a fraction of the cost instead.
The party experiencing the force majeure shall provide the other party with prompt written notice thereof and shall use reasonable efforts to remedy effects of such force majeure.
