2) Error Resolution Window and Timelines

• If a donor believes there has been a payment error (e.g., duplicate charge or incorrect amount), a request may be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to: shriswamiramaramkunj@gmail.com.
• After receiving a complete request, we will verify transaction details with our payment processor and respond with the outcome. Where an error is confirmed, remedial action (such as reversal) will be initiated promptly, and in any case, the processing timeline communicated by the payment provider will apply once the reversal is initiated.
